Established in 1995, ITCI began as a single person start up focusing on international business and telecommunications consulting. Since then, we have branched out into cybersecurity providing expertise for modern cybersecurity demands.
ITCI officially began in 1995 with a vision to solve some of the most complex challenges in the emerging field of interactive technologies. But our story begins much earlier. The roots of ITCI trace back to Allen Anderson, our founder, who graduated from the University of Texas in 1970 with a degree in Radio, Television, and Film. In his thesis, Allen foresaw the transformative potential of cable television and the technologies required to bring that vision to life. But before he could start applying those theories into realities, there was a matter of duty.
As a specialist in signals intelligence (SIGINT) with the U.S. Army, Allen developed his cornerstone values – the values that guide ITCI:
After serving in the Army, Allen spent decades honing his practical engineering skills. He applied his skills across the U.S., Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania. With decades of hands-on experience and a strong theoretical foundation, he founded ITCI in 1995 with a passion for applying his knowledge to the emerging tech world.
The legacy of service continued with Michael Anderson, Allen’s son, who joined the company’s leadership after a distinguished career in Naval Intelligence. With a background that spans global operations and a deep commitment to service, Michael brought his own perspective on leadership and innovation. After completing his military service, he pursued a Doctorate in Business Administration, ensuring that the next chapter of ITCI would be guided by both practical experience and advanced strategic insight.

ITCI CEO Michael Anderson gives back to the company's community of Tampa, Florida by teaching an Entrepreneurship class at the West Plant City Boys & Girls Club. This class offers valuable skills to today's youth so they may one day pursue their passions with a company of their own.

Sylvia is the Director of Business Operations. Prior to joining ITCI, Sylvia worked in the field of education in a leadership role, providing valuable training for educators. She completed her Masters in Education at the University of South Florida.
In her role at ITCI, she focuses on employee development, running day-to-day operations, and consulting on corporate and educational training.
Allen serves as ITCI’s president and founder. As President, he reviews objectives, results, and processes. He graduated from the University Texas Austin in 1970 and the Defense Language Institute (DLI) in 1970, and currently holds two patents, US20090031400A1 and US8973025B2.
Outside of the company, Allen enjoys macrophotography.
Michael is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Intelligence Officer with ITCI. While working for ITCI, Michael completed his Doctorate of Business Administration from University of Florida. Prior to joining ITCI, Michael worked for several years for the US Navy and the private sector.
